Medani Programme

In 2019, six women aged 17–22 graduated from ASM's first mentoring programme outside of Khartoum, launched in Gezira state. The three-month programme was a resounding success, with mentees gaining confidence, key professional skills, and a clearer vision for their careers. Through a series of workshops, they developed their public speaking and leadership skills, and learned about scholarship opportunities that could shape their futures.

Economic Empowerment Programme

In 2019, six female entrepreneurs participated in ASM's economic empowerment programme, taking part in a two-day workshop and launch event that showcased their businesses. Participants gained key entrepreneurial skills to strengthen their ventures, while also connecting with a network of successful female entrepreneurs.

Alumni Programme

The alumni programme was launched in 2019 to connect mentees and mentors from previous years in order to build a network for continual learning and development. Engaging, and dynamic events and workshops were organised to bring alumni together so that they could continue to benefit from the ASM network.

ASM Knowledge Library

In 2018, we opened the ASM Knowledge Library in Khartoum, and organised exciting book events. The knowledge library is currently only available for ASM Alumni, but we hope to re-open it to the public in the near future.
