ASM Young Leaders Programme
For the first time, ASM ran a three month mentoring programme pairing 11 second-year high school students aged 14–17 with alumni mentors based in Khartoum. All mentors were drawn from our alumni network, having graduated from ASM within the past five years.
The programme covered the following areas:
- Personal development (Identity and Self Reflection)
- Wellbeing (Conflict Resolution, Self-Care and Mental Health)
- Professional development (Leadership Skills, Organisation Skills, Time Management, Problem Solving Skills, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, and Communication Skills)
- Career Planning and Goal Setting
- Women's empowerment
